Election 2025:

There are four open positions for the February 3, 2026 Annual Election. Ballots mailed to homeowners the end of December and are due by February 3, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. to reach the required quorum of 524 to hold the election. If a quorum is not met, the ballots may be counted on Monday, February 23, 2026, and the quorum drops to 210 ballots. Election Rules Notice of Annual Membership Meeting
